Ingredients
- 4 T-Bone steaks
- lemons (juice)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml red wine
- salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Mix a marinade from oil, wine, and lemon juice, place the meat in it, and let it marinate covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours, turning once.
- 2. Two hours before grilling, take the meat out of the refrigerator, let it drain well, and sear it on the grill over high heat. Then move it to a cooler part of the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 3. Let the meat rest covered for five minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Garnish with tomatoes if desired.
