Ingredients
- 4 T-Bone Steaks
- Lemons (juice)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml red wine
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under water and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Mix a marinade from oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, place the meat in it, and let it marinate covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours, turning once.
- 2. Two hours before grilling, take the meat out of the refrigerator, let it drain well, and then sear it on the grill over high heat. Then move it to a cooler spot and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Finally, let it rest covered for 5 minutes.
