  2. 2. Place the corn in boiling salted water.
  3. 3. Cook the corn for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Drain the corn well in a colander.
  5. 5. Season the corn lightly with salt.
  6. 6. Rinse the T-bone steaks under running water.
  7. 7. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Place the steaks on the hot grill.
  9. 9. Sear the steaks vigorously.
  10. 10. Reduce the grill heat once the meat pores are closed.
  11. 11. Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness.
  12. 12. Season the cooked steaks with salt to taste.
  13. 13. Apply plenty of pepper to the steaks.
  14. 14. Drizzle some olive oil over the steaks.
  15. 15. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.
  16. 16. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers.
  17. 17. Brush the bell peppers lightly with oil.
  18. 18. Place the bell peppers on the grill.

  20. 20. Serve the steaks immediately with the corn and peppers.
