🍽️ Grilled T-Bone Steak with Corn and Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 T-Bone steaks
- 4 bell peppers
- 4 ears of corn
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Remove the husk from the corn on the cob.
- 2. Place the corn in boiling salted water.
- 3. Cook the corn for 20 minutes.
- 4. Drain the corn well in a colander.
- 5. Season the corn lightly with salt.
- 6. Rinse the T-bone steaks under running water.
- 7. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- 8. Place the steaks on the hot grill.
- 9. Sear the steaks vigorously.
- 10. Reduce the grill heat once the meat pores are closed.
- 11. Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness.
- 12. Season the cooked steaks with salt to taste.
- 13. Apply plenty of pepper to the steaks.
- 14. Drizzle some olive oil over the steaks.
- 15. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.
- 16. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers.
- 17. Brush the bell peppers lightly with oil.
- 18. Place the bell peppers on the grill.
- 19. Grill the corn on the cob briefly.
- 20. Serve the steaks immediately with the corn and peppers.
- 21. Add a green salad on the side.
