🍽️ Tender T-Bone Steaks in Green Pepper Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 T-Bone Steaks
- Lemons (juice)
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 100 ml Red wine
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Ghee
- Frozen French fries (ready-made product for 2 people)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp pickled green pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Spring onion
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Mix oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 4. Place the meat in the marinade and turn it so it is well coated.
- 5. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- 6. Turn the meat once during the marinating time.
- 7. Take the meat out of the refrigerator two hours before cooking.
- 8. Let the meat drain well before you cook it.
- 9. Heat some clarified butter in a large pan.
- 10. Sear the steaks on both sides over high heat.
- 11. Reduce the heat and continue cooking the steaks.
- 12. Cook the steaks for about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
- 13. Turn the steaks occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 14. Cover the pan and let the steaks rest for five minutes.
- 15. Prepare the french fries according to the package instructions.
- 16. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 17. Cook the tomatoes in the hot oven for about 5 to 8 minutes.
- 18. Place the steaks on the serving plates.
- 19. Sprinkle the steaks with chopped spring onions.
- 20. Serve the french fries and tomatoes as a side dish.
