  1. 1. Rinse the orange under hot water and pat it dry.
  2. 2. Finely grate the orange peel.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
  4. 4. Drizzle the raisins with the orange juice and let them soak.
  5. 5. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  7. 7. Grate the cored apple pieces finely.
  8. 8. Mix the grated apples with the soaked raisins.
  9. 9. Grease the loaf pan with butter and dust it with flour.
  10. 10. Alternatively, line the pan with baking paper.
  11. 11. Beat the butter with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  12. 12. Stir the coconut blossom sugar thoroughly into the butter.
  13. 13. Mix the orange zest into the butter-sugar mixture.
  14. 14. Stir the eggs in one by one until well combined.
  15. 15. Fold the apple puree into the egg mixture.
  16. 16. Mix the flour with the nuts and the baking powder.
  17. 17. Stir the flour mixture quickly into the wet mixture.
  18. 18. Gently fold the apple-raisin mixture into the batter.
  19. 19. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  20. 20. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection 160 °C or gas mark 2–3).
  21. 21. Bake the bread for approx. 70 minutes.
  22. 22. Score the bread lengthwise after approx. 30 minutes.
  23. 23. Let the bread cool briefly in the pan after baking.
  24. 24. Turn the bread out of the pan.
  25. 25. Let the bread cool completely.
