  1. 1. Wash the pears thoroughly.
  2. 2. Quarter the pears and remove the core.
  3. 3. Cut the pear flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a hot pan.
  5. 5. Place one tortilla flatbread in the pan.
  6. 6. Fry the flatbread until golden brown, turning it frequently.
  7. 7. Remove the fried flatbread and keep it warm, covered.
  8. 8. Repeat the frying process with the remaining tortilla flatbreads.
  9. 9. Keep these flatbreads warm, covered as well.
  10. 10. Heat the remaining oil in a second pan.
  11. 11. Add the pear cubes to the hot pan.
  12. 12. Fry the pears for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring over medium heat.
  13. 13. Stir in the raisins, pine nuts, and agave syrup into the pears.
  14. 14. Let the mixture cook for another approx. 1 minute.
  15. 15. Divide the warm fruit mixture equally among the tortilla flatbreads.
  16. 16. Stir cinnamon and vanilla sugar into the yogurt.
  17. 17. Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the pear filling.
  18. 18. Roll up the tortillas.
  19. 19. Serve the tortillas immediately.
