🍰 Sweet Pear Tortilla

Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 4 tbsp grape seed oil
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 50 g pine nuts
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g soy yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 2. Quarter the pears and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the pear flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a hot pan.
- 5. Place one tortilla flatbread in the pan.
- 6. Fry the flatbread until golden brown, turning it frequently.
- 7. Remove the fried flatbread and keep it warm, covered.
- 8. Repeat the frying process with the remaining tortilla flatbreads.
- 9. Keep these flatbreads warm, covered as well.
- 10. Heat the remaining oil in a second pan.
- 11. Add the pear cubes to the hot pan.
- 12. Fry the pears for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring over medium heat.
- 13. Stir in the raisins, pine nuts, and agave syrup into the pears.
- 14. Let the mixture cook for another approx. 1 minute.
- 15. Divide the warm fruit mixture equally among the tortilla flatbreads.
- 16. Stir cinnamon and vanilla sugar into the yogurt.
- 17. Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the pear filling.
- 18. Roll up the tortillas.
- 19. Serve the tortillas immediately.
