Ingredients
- 100 g fresh salmon fillet
- 400 g sushi rice
- 2 toasted nori sheets
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
Instructions
- 1. Cut the salmon into thin strips.
- 2. Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise.
- 3. Spread the nori halves thinly with wasabi paste.
- 4. Place a nori sheet on a sushi rolling mat.
- 5. Spread one quarter of the rice evenly over the nori sheet.
- 6. Place one quarter of the salmon strips in the center of the rice.
- 7. Roll the sushi roll tightly.
- 8. Cut each of the four rolls into four equal pieces.
