🍽️ Gunkan Sushi with Caviar

Ingredients
- 1.5 Nori sheets
- 250 g prepared sushi rice (see recipe text No. 852946)
- Keta caviar (6 tsp)
- Trout caviar (6 tsp each)
- Sea urchin roe (6 tsp each)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the whole nori sheet into 8 strips of equal width.
- 2. Cut the half nori sheet into 4 strips of equal width.
- 3. Moisten your fingers in vinegar water so the rice does not stick.
- 4. Shape the prepared sushi rice into 12 equal-sized, oblong balls.
- 5. Take a rice ball and wrap it in a nori strip.
- 6. Let the nori strip protrude beyond the rice on one side.
- 7. Press a small grain of rice onto the nori ends to secure them.
- 8. Fill the resulting gunkan boats with sea urchin roe (uni).
- 9. Fill more gunkan boats with keta caviar.
- 10. Fill the remaining gunkan boats with trout roe.
