  1. 1. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
  2. 2. Scoop out the flesh and cut it into thin strips.
  3. 3. Drizzle the avocado strips with lemon juice immediately.
  4. 4. Halve the shrimp lengthwise.
  5. 5. Remove the crusts from the toast bread slices.
  6. 6. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of the bread slices.
  7. 7. Press the coated side into sesame seeds until fully covered.
  8. 8. Spread cream cheese on the other side of the bread slices as well.
  9. 9. Season the cream cheese side with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Place the avocado strips and shrimp halves in the center of the seasoned side.
  11. 11. Roll up the bread slices tightly.
  12. 12. Cut the rolls diagonally in half.
  13. 13. Place the halves upright on a plate and serve immediately.
