🍽️ Italian-style sushi with white bread, avocado and shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 large, cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 slices toast bread
- 200 g cream cheese (plain)
- 150 g white sesame seeds
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
- 2. Scoop out the flesh and cut it into thin strips.
- 3. Drizzle the avocado strips with lemon juice immediately.
- 4. Halve the shrimp lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the crusts from the toast bread slices.
- 6. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of the bread slices.
- 7. Press the coated side into sesame seeds until fully covered.
- 8. Spread cream cheese on the other side of the bread slices as well.
- 9. Season the cream cheese side with salt and pepper.
- 10. Place the avocado strips and shrimp halves in the center of the seasoned side.
- 11. Roll up the bread slices tightly.
- 12. Cut the rolls diagonally in half.
- 13. Place the halves upright on a plate and serve immediately.
