  1. 1. Place the farro in a pot and cover it with the broth.
  2. 2. Simmer the farro on low heat for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. If the liquid evaporates too quickly, add a little more broth.
  4. 4. Drain the farro if there is still water left in the pot.
  5. 5. Whisk the vinegar, honey, oil, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Pour the dressing over the warm farro and mix it in well.
  7. 7. Let the salad cool down until it is lukewarm.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  9. 9. Pat the surimi and shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Cut the surimi and shrimp into small pieces.
  11. 11. Gently fold the walnuts, surimi, shrimp, and cream cheese into the farro.
  12. 12. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Fill the salad into jars and serve as desired.
