🍲 Vegetable Soup Salt

Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 spring onions
- 2 carrots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 100 g celeriac
- 1 piece fresh horseradish (approx. 3cm)
- 250 salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the herbs thoroughly and dry them. Cut the chives into small rolls. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely. Clean, wash, and chop the spring onions into small pieces.
- 2. Peel the carrots and celery, then cut them into tiny cubes. Grate the horseradish. Mix all ingredients, except for the salt, in a bowl. Layer the salt with the mixture of the other ingredients, for example in test tubes. Store in a cool place.
