  2. 2. Remove the tough ends and slice the onions diagonally into small pieces.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and the ginger.
  4. 4. Slice the garlic into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Cut the ginger into small matchsticks.
  6. 6. Clean the shiitake mushrooms.
  7. 7. Cut off the tough stems of the mushrooms.
  8. 8. Halve the mushroom caps.
  9. 9. Wash the radishes.
  10. 10. Remove the green tops and slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  11. 11. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
  12. 12. Add the radishes, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger to the hot pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the vegetables briefly until fragrant.
  14. 14. Fold the spring onions into the vegetables.
