🍲 Quick Seaweed Soup

Ingredients
- 50 g dried seaweed (from the Asian market)
- salt
- pepper (from the grinder)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp granulated broth
Instructions
- 1. Place the seaweed in lukewarm water for 30 minutes to soften.
- 2. Cut the soaked seaweed into strips about 4 centimeters wide.
- 3. Heat the sesame oil in a pot and briefly sauté the seaweed strips in it.
- 4. Add a little salt and soy sauce.
- 5. Pour about 1 liter of water into the pot.
- 6. Bring the soup to a boil.
- 7. Let the soup simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- 8. Finally, season the soup to taste with salt, pepper, and a little broth.
- 9. Serve the finished soup with rice.
