  1. 1. Place the seaweed in lukewarm water for 30 minutes to soften.
  2. 2. Cut the soaked seaweed into strips about 4 centimeters wide.
  3. 3. Heat the sesame oil in a pot and briefly sauté the seaweed strips in it.
  4. 4. Add a little salt and soy sauce.
  5. 5. Pour about 1 liter of water into the pot.
  6. 6. Bring the soup to a boil.
  7. 7. Let the soup simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Finally, season the soup to taste with salt, pepper, and a little broth.
  9. 9. Serve the finished soup with rice.
