Ingredients
- 80 g hazelnuts
- 35 g walnuts
- 70 g almond flour (or walnut flour)
- 70 g ground flaxseeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g hemp seeds
- 30 g psyllium husks (4 tbsp)
- 15 g chia seeds (2 tbsp)
- 1.5 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and walnuts.
- 2. Add the nuts along with the remaining dry ingredients to a large bowl.
- 3. Whisk the oil and maple syrup with 300 milliliters of warm water.
- 4. Pour the liquid into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- 5. Mix everything well until a uniform mass forms.
- 6. Let the dough soak for 2 to 3 hours.
- 7. Line a small baking or casserole dish (20 to 22 centimeters) with baking paper.
- 8. Fill the dough into the prepared dish.
- 9. Press the dough down firmly.
- 10. Brush the surface of the bread with a little water.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection: 180 degrees; gas: setting 3).
- 12. Bake the bread for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 13. Carefully loosen the bread from the dish.
- 14. Place the bread on a baking sheet.
- 15. Finish baking the bread for another 20 minutes at 180 degrees (convection: 160 degrees; gas: setting 2 to 3).
