Ingredients
- 1 piece fresh ginger (approx. 3 cm)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 chili peppers
- 3 honey
- 0.5 lemon (; juice)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 40 ml sherry
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the ginger and the garlic.
- 3. Wash the chili pepper.
- 4. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
- 6. Chop the chili pepper.
- 7. Mix the ginger, garlic, honey, lemon, oil, balsamic vinegar, and sherry in a bowl.
- 8. Season the glaze with salt.
