  1. 1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into approx. 1–1.5 cm cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Wash the radishes and slice them thinly.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan.
  5. 5. Add the chopped ginger to the hot pan.
  6. 6. Sauté the ginger for 1–2 minutes over medium heat.
  7. 7. Add the sweet potato cubes to the pan.
  8. 8. Sauté the sweet potatoes for 7–8 minutes over medium heat.
  9. 9. Add cumin and coriander to the pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the spices for 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the radish slices to the pan.
  12. 12. Sauté everything for another 2–3 minutes.
  13. 13. Halve the lime.
  14. 14. Squeeze the lime juice.
  15. 15. Halve the pomegranate half.
  16. 16. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate half.
  17. 17. Wash the coriander.
  18. 18. Shake the coriander dry.
  19. 19. Pluck the coriander leaves.
  20. 20. Deglaze the sweet potatoes with the lime juice.
  21. 21. Season the pan with salt and pepper.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the sweet potato pan with the pomegranate seeds.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the sweet potato pan with the coriander leaves.
  24. 24. Serve the sweet potato pan.
