  3. 3. Stir the cream in a separate bowl with the grated cheese and the sour cream.
  4. 4. Add the finely chopped chives, curry powder, salt, and pepper to the cream mixture and mix everything well.
  5. 5. Grease a baking dish with the butter to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Place the sweet potato slices evenly into the prepared dish.
  7. 7. Pour the seasoned curry cream evenly over the potato slices.
  8. 8. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces or cut it into cubes and sprinkle it on top of the casserole.
  9. 9. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius for fan-assisted or gas mark 2 to 3).
