  2. 2. Boil the potatoes in water for about 25 minutes until they are soft.
  3. 3. Drain the water and rinse the potatoes briefly with cold water.
  4. 4. Peel the potatoes.
  5. 5. Press the potatoes through a potato ricer.
  6. 6. Let the mashed potatoes cool down completely.
  7. 7. Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
  8. 8. Add one teaspoon of sugar to the milk-yeast mixture.
  9. 9. Place the raisins in the rum.
  10. 10. Beat the butter with 50 grams of sugar until fluffy.
  11. 11. Stir the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture one by one.
  12. 12. Stir in the yeast-milk mixture.
  13. 13. Add the cooled potatoes to the mixture.
  14. 14. Add the salt.
  15. 15. Add the flour.
  16. 16. Add the almonds.
  17. 17. Add the soaked raisins.
  18. 18. Mix all ingredients well.

  20. 20. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
