🍽️ Sweet Fig-Almond Pesto on Toast

Ingredients
- 100 g dried fig
- 100 g dried apricots
- 100 g chopped almond kernels
- 20 ml Rum (or non-alcoholic Rum)
- 0.5 Orange (juice)
- 1 tbsp nut oil
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- rose water
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the figs and the apricots.
- 2. Add the chopped fruit to the almonds, the rum, the orange juice, and the oil.
- 3. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 4. Season the mixture with cinnamon and rose water.
- 5. Let the pesto steep for 30 minutes before serving.
- 6. Serve the pesto with crostini (small toasted bread slices) and fresh figs as desired.
