Ingredients

30 g dark chocolate
80 g ricotta
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
100 g strawberries
2 whole grain buns

Instructions

1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
2. Stir the ricotta until smooth with the orange juice and honey.
3. Fold the chocolate pieces into the ricotta cream.
4. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
5. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
6. Cut the buns in half.
7. Spread the stracciatella cream over all the bun halves.
8. Top the buns with the strawberry slices.
