🍰 Sweet Bun with Stracciatella Cream and Strawberries

Ingredients
- 30 g dark chocolate
- 80 g ricotta
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 g strawberries
- 2 whole grain buns
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Stir the ricotta until smooth with the orange juice and honey.
- 3. Fold the chocolate pieces into the ricotta cream.
- 4. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 5. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
- 6. Cut the buns in half.
- 7. Spread the stracciatella cream over all the bun halves.
- 8. Top the buns with the strawberry slices.
