🍽️ Sweet Apple Raclette

Ingredients
- 4 small ripe apples
- 200 g Crème fraîche
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar from raw cane sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples, remove the core, and slice them thinly. Arrange the apple slices in a fan shape in the individual pans of the raclette grill.
- 2. Mix the crème fraîche with the egg yolks, cinnamon, and powdered sugar well, then pour it over the apples. Bake in the raclette grill for about 10 minutes until the surface turns golden brown and the sauce sets. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon before serving.
