🍰 Sweet Berry Casserole

Ingredients
- Butter (for the molds)
- 150 g strawberries
- 100 g raspberries
- 60 g red currants
- 2 eggs
- 40 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 190 ml milk
- 70 g flour
Instructions
- 1. Grease four soufflé molds (approx. 8 cm). Preheat the oven to 180°C with top and bottom heat. Wash and clean the berries, cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then stir in vanilla sugar, salt, milk, and finally the flour with a whisk. Fill the batter into the molds, distribute the berries on top, and press them in slightly.
- 3. Bake everything in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes and check the doneness at the end with a wooden skewer.
