  1. 1. Grease four soufflé molds (approx. 8 cm). Preheat the oven to 180°C with top and bottom heat. Wash and clean the berries, cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  2. 2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then stir in vanilla sugar, salt, milk, and finally the flour with a whisk. Fill the batter into the molds, distribute the berries on top, and press them in slightly.
  3. 3. Bake everything in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes and check the doneness at the end with a wooden skewer.
