🍳 Sweet Couscous with Apricot Compote

Ingredients
- 400 g whole wheat couscous (instant)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 100 g raisins
- 12 apricots
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the couscous according to the package instructions.
- 2. Fluff the cooked couscous with a fork.
- 3. Stir in cinnamon, honey, and raisins.
- 4. Wash the apricots thoroughly.
- 5. Halve the apricots and remove the pits.
- 6. Wash the apple.
- 7. Core the apple.
- 8. Slice the apple into approximately half-centimeter thick slices.
- 9. Mix the apricots and apple slices with lemon juice.
- 10. Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan.
- 11. Cook the fruit over medium heat until soft.
- 12. Divide the couscous among six small bowls.
- 13. Top the couscous with the warm fruit compote.
- 14. Serve the dish immediately.
