🍰 Sweet Sticky Rice Balls

Ingredients
- 100 g uncooked glutinous rice
- 100 ml coconut milk (can)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Soak the sticky rice in cold water overnight (approx. 12 hours).
- 2. Drain the rice in a sieve and let it drip dry well.
- 3. Add the sticky rice, coconut milk, salt, and sugar to a pot.
- 4. Add enough water so that it stands about 1 cm above the rice.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low and cook the rice covered for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Ensure that the liquid has been completely absorbed by the rice.
- 8. Let the rice cool down with the lid open.
- 9. Shape the cooled rice into small balls.
- 10. Serve the rice balls garnished with fresh mint.
