🍽️ Sweet Quark Pear Bites

Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears (about 260 g)
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 250 g low-fat quark
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 4 slices pumpernickel
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pears, quarter them, and remove the core. Then slice the quarters into thin wedges.
- 2. Bring the ginger cubes to a boil in a little water. Steam the pear wedges covered for about 5 minutes. Then remove and let them drain.
- 3. Adjust the quark to your taste with sweetener and spread it on the pumpernickel slices. Top with the pear wedges and sprinkle with ginger.
