🍰 Sweet Pizza "Schlaraffenland"

Ingredients
- 150 g wheat wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g quark (2 tbsp)
- 1 egg
- 15 g ground hazelnut kernels (1 tbsp)
- 550 ml milk (1.5 % fat)
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 1 pack vanilla pudding powder
- 2.5 tbsp liquid honey
- 200 g mango (0.5 mangoes)
- 300 g melon (e.g. cantaloupe; 0.5 melons)
- 250 g strawberries
- 40 g almond kernels (2 tbsp)
- 10 g cornflakes (no sugar; 2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Put flour and baking powder into a bowl.
- 2. Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl using a sieve.
- 3. Add quark (fresh cheese), egg, nuts, and 50 milliliters of milk to the flour.
- 4. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough using the kneading hooks of a hand mixer.
- 5. Place a large sheet of baking paper on your work surface.
- 6. Roll out the dough on the baking paper using a rolling pin.
- 7. Make sure the dough is about half a centimeter thick.
- 8. Lift the dough along with the baking paper onto a baking tray.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 10. Bake the pizza base in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 11. Use convection at 160 degrees or gas level 2 to 3 if your oven supports it.
- 12. Take the pizza base out of the oven.
- 13. Place the pizza base on a cake cooling rack.
- 14. Let the pizza base cool down completely.
- 15. Slice the vanilla pod in half lengthwise.
- 16. Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla pod.
- 17. Mix the pudding powder with the remaining milk.
- 18. Add 2 tablespoons of honey and the vanilla seeds to the milk mixture.
- 19. Cook the pudding according to the package instructions.
- 20. Spread the hot pudding evenly over the cooled pizza base.
- 21. Let the pudding cool on the pizza base.
- 22. Peel the mango.
- 23. Slice the flesh off the stone.
- 24. Dice the mango slices.
- 25. Put the mango cubes into a tall container.
- 26. Puree the mango using a hand blender.
- 27. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 28. Use a melon baller to scoop out the melon flesh.
- 29. Rinse the strawberries carefully.
- 30. Drain the strawberries well.
- 31. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
- 32. Slice the strawberries.
- 33. Put the almonds into a non-stick frying pan.
- 34. Toast the almonds without fat until golden brown.
- 35. Top the pizza with the melon balls.
- 36. Top the pizza with the strawberry slices.
- 37. Drizzle the mango puree between the fruits.
- 38. Sprinkle the toasted almonds over the pizza.
- 39. Sprinkle cornflakes over the pizza.
- 40. Drizzle thin threads of the remaining honey over the pizza.
- 41. Serve the sweet pizza.
