  3. 3. Add quark (fresh cheese), egg, nuts, and 50 milliliters of milk to the flour.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough using the kneading hooks of a hand mixer.
  5. 5. Place a large sheet of baking paper on your work surface.
  6. 6. Roll out the dough on the baking paper using a rolling pin.
  7. 7. Make sure the dough is about half a centimeter thick.
  8. 8. Lift the dough along with the baking paper onto a baking tray.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Bake the pizza base in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Use convection at 160 degrees or gas level 2 to 3 if your oven supports it.
  12. 12. Take the pizza base out of the oven.
  13. 13. Place the pizza base on a cake cooling rack.
  14. 14. Let the pizza base cool down completely.

  40. 40. Drizzle thin threads of the remaining honey over the pizza.
  41. 41. Serve the sweet pizza.
