🍝 Sweet Pasta with Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g Linguine
- 1 pcs Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 150 ml Milk (1.5% fat)
- 250 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Blueberries
- Mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Add the lemon zest and one tablespoon of sugar to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the linguine in this water until al dente.
- 4. Place cream, milk, the remaining sugar, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan.
- 5. Gently warm the mixture without letting it boil.
- 6. Stir the picked blueberries into the warm cream mixture.
- 7. Drain the pasta.
- 8. Divide the pasta among plates.
- 9. Pour the blueberry sauce over the pasta.
- 10. Garnish the dish with mint and serve.
