  3. 3. Put the almond sticks into a dry pan.
  4. 4. Lightly toast the almond sticks without using fat.
  5. 5. Add butter and sugar to the pan.
  6. 6. Stir constantly until the mixture is caramelized light brown.
  7. 7. Drain the noodles and let them drip dry for a short time.
  8. 8. Add the noodles and the vanilla to the almond sticks in the pan.
  9. 9. Toss the pan briefly to mix everything.
  10. 10. Wash the blackberries and pat them dry.
  11. 11. Fold the blackberries into the noodle-almond mixture.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the portions with powdered sugar.
