🍝 Sweet Noodles with Blackberry and Almond

Ingredients
- 300 g short macaroni
- salt
- 2 tbsp half-fat butter (or margarine)
- 50 g almond slivers
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds)
- 250 g blackberries (fresh)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the noodles in this water until they are al dente.
- 3. Put the almond sticks into a dry pan.
- 4. Lightly toast the almond sticks without using fat.
- 5. Add butter and sugar to the pan.
- 6. Stir constantly until the mixture is caramelized light brown.
- 7. Drain the noodles and let them drip dry for a short time.
- 8. Add the noodles and the vanilla to the almond sticks in the pan.
- 9. Toss the pan briefly to mix everything.
- 10. Wash the blackberries and pat them dry.
- 11. Fold the blackberries into the noodle-almond mixture.
- 12. Sprinkle the portions with powdered sugar.
- 13. Plate the noodles.
- 14. Garnish the dish with lemon balm.
- 15. Serve the noodles immediately.
