🍽️ Roasted Almonds with Pistachios

Ingredients
- 250 g peeled almond kernels
- 200 g pistachio kernels
- 500 g acacia honey
- 100 ml cognac
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the almonds and pistachios to the dry pan.
- 3. Roast the nuts without adding any oil or butter.
- 4. Stir the nuts regularly to prevent them from burning.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the nuts smell nutty.
- 6. Distribute the warm nuts evenly onto the prepared glasses.
- 7. Place the honey in a small saucepan.
- 8. Warm the honey gently until it becomes more fluid.
- 9. Mix the warmed honey with the cognac.
- 10. Pour the honey-cognac mixture evenly over the nuts in the glasses.
- 11. Seal the glasses tightly with a lid.
- 12. Let the glasses cool completely at room temperature.
