  3. 3. Roast the nuts without adding any oil or butter.
  4. 4. Stir the nuts regularly to prevent them from burning.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the nuts smell nutty.
  6. 6. Distribute the warm nuts evenly onto the prepared glasses.
  7. 7. Place the honey in a small saucepan.
  8. 8. Warm the honey gently until it becomes more fluid.
  9. 9. Mix the warmed honey with the cognac.
  10. 10. Pour the honey-cognac mixture evenly over the nuts in the glasses.
  11. 11. Seal the glasses tightly with a lid.
  12. 12. Let the glasses cool completely at room temperature.
