  2. 2. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
  3. 3. Cut the plum halves into smaller pieces.
  4. 4. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
  5. 5. Stir the flour into the melted butter.
  6. 6. Let the butter-flour mixture sweat briefly until it smells slightly fragrant.
  7. 7. Whisk the milk smoothly into the mixture using a whisk.
  8. 8. Bring the milk mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
  9. 9. Add the vanilla sugar, salt, and sugar.
  10. 10. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  11. 11. Stir the sauce occasionally while it simmers.
  12. 12. Remove the pot from the heat and let the sauce cool down briefly.
  13. 13. Stir the yogurt into the cooled sauce.
  14. 14. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
  15. 15. Place a layer of lasagna sheets into the dish.
  16. 16. Spread a layer of plum pieces over the sheets.
  17. 17. Add a layer of sauce over the plums.
  18. 18. Repeat the layers (sheets, plums, sauce) until all ingredients are used up.
  19. 19. Finish the lasagna with a final layer of sauce on top.
  20. 20. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted, middle rack).
  21. 21. Place the lasagna in the preheated oven.
  22. 22. Bake the lasagna for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
