🍰 Sweet Plum Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 kg plums
- 2 tbsp butter
- 40 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 3 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 30 g sugar
- 250 g yogurt
- 200 g lasagna sheets (no pre-cooking)
- butter (for the dish)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the plums under running water.
- 2. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
- 3. Cut the plum halves into smaller pieces.
- 4. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
- 5. Stir the flour into the melted butter.
- 6. Let the butter-flour mixture sweat briefly until it smells slightly fragrant.
- 7. Whisk the milk smoothly into the mixture using a whisk.
- 8. Bring the milk mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
- 9. Add the vanilla sugar, salt, and sugar.
- 10. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.
- 11. Stir the sauce occasionally while it simmers.
- 12. Remove the pot from the heat and let the sauce cool down briefly.
- 13. Stir the yogurt into the cooled sauce.
- 14. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
- 15. Place a layer of lasagna sheets into the dish.
- 16. Spread a layer of plum pieces over the sheets.
- 17. Add a layer of sauce over the plums.
- 18. Repeat the layers (sheets, plums, sauce) until all ingredients are used up.
- 19. Finish the lasagna with a final layer of sauce on top.
- 20. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted, middle rack).
- 21. Place the lasagna in the preheated oven.
- 22. Bake the lasagna for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
