🍳 Sweet Cream Cheese Banana Cream

Ingredients

• 150 g ripe bananas (1 ripe banana)
• 0.5 small orange
• 60 g cream cheese (13 % fat)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp chocolate shavings (70 % cocoa content)

Instructions

1. 1. Peel the banana.
2. 2. Slice the banana.
3. 3. Place the slices on a plate.
4. 4. Mash the banana slices finely with a fork.
5. 5. Squeeze the half orange.
6. 6. Measure out 2 tablespoons of orange juice.
7. 7. Pour the orange juice into a small bowl.
8. 8. Add the banana mash to the bowl.
9. 9. Add the cream cheese.
10. 10. Add the maple syrup.
11. 11. Stir everything smooth with a fork.
12. 12. Fold in the chocolate shavings.
