  2. 2. Dissolve the honey in the warm juice.
  3. 3. Stir the oil into the juice-honey mixture.
  4. 4. Chop the apricots into small pieces.
  5. 5. Mix flour, oat flakes, and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
  6. 6. Pour the lukewarm carrot juice mixture over the dry ingredients.
  7. 7. Add the chopped apricots to the bowl.
  8. 8. Salt the dough.
  9. 9. Knead everything using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
  10. 10. Continue kneading until the dough feels elastic.
  11. 11. If necessary, add a little more liquid, as the dough will swell further.
  12. 12. Cover the bowl.
  13. 13. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  15. 15. Knead the risen dough thoroughly again.
  16. 16. Lightly dust the work surface with flour.
