🍽️ Sweet and spicy chili jam

Ingredients
- 150 g red chili peppers
- 0.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Chop the chili peppers.
- 3. Place the chopped chilies and 180 to 200 milliliters of water in a pot.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 5. Reduce the heat to a medium setting.
- 6. Let the chilies simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 7. Add the remaining ingredients to the chili mixture.
- 8. Continue to simmer everything until the chilies are soft.
- 9. Puree the entire mixture finely until a smooth paste forms.
- 10. Fill the hot paste into clean jars.
- 11. Seal the jars tightly.
- 12. Let the jam cool down completely in the jars.
