Ingredients
- 200 g meat sausage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (and pineapple syrup)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 slices pineapple (small pieces)
- 2 tbsp peas (frozen)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 2 tbsp bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 cup poultry broth
- Tabasco
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice the sausage and mix with soy sauce, lemon juice, and pineapple syrup. Let the sausage slices marinate in this mixture for about 30 minutes, then remove them, drain well, and lightly coat with cornstarch. Fry in oil until crispy and then remove.
- 2. In a pan, add bean sprouts, peas, pineapple pieces, and bell pepper. Add soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and broth, bring to a boil, and stir well. Season with salt and a few dashes of Tabasco, simmer for about 3 minutes, then fold in the sausage slices and serve.
