🍽️ Sweet and Sour Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 6 garlic cloves
- 40 g ginger
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 200 ml white wine vinegar
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Prick the tomatoes in several places with a toothpick.
- 3. Peel the garlic and the ginger.
- 4. Slice the garlic and the ginger thinly.
- 5. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 6. Add the ginger, garlic, and chili to the pan.
- 7. Sauté the spices for a few minutes.
- 8. Sprinkle turmeric and cumin into the pan.
- 9. Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, and 200 milliliters of water.
- 10. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 11. Fill the jars with the tomatoes.
- 12. Pour the liquid over the tomatoes.
- 13. Seal the jars tightly immediately.
