  1. 1. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp honey with salt and pepper, then add red pepper and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Soak the raisins in rose water.
  3. 3. Brush the squab with the honey marinade. Place in a greased baking dish and roast in a preheated oven at 200° for about 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Put the couscous in a bowl, pour 100 ml boiling water over it, cover and let it swell for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  5. 5. Mix the almonds with the couscous, the butter, the raisins and 1 tbsp honey.
  6. 6. To serve, arrange the squab on the couscous and decorate with rose petals.
