  1. 1. Wash the cucumber and the tomato thoroughly.
  2. 2. Dry the vegetables with a cloth.
  3. 3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Slice the tomato into thin rounds as well.
  5. 5. Heat one teaspoon of butter in a small non-stick pan.
  6. 6. Crack the eggs and add them to the hot pan.
  7. 7. Fry the eggs to make sunny-side-up eggs.
  8. 8. Slice the bun in half.
  9. 9. Mix the remaining butter with the mustard in a small bowl.
  10. 10. Spread the butter-mustard mixture onto the bun halves.
  11. 11. Place the cucumber slices on the bun halves.
  12. 12. Place the tomato slices on top of the vegetables.
  13. 13. Top the buns with the beef ham.
  14. 14. Place the cooked sunny-side-up eggs on top of the meat.
  15. 15. Season the eggs with a little salt and coarse pepper.
  16. 16. Cut the cress from the bed.
  17. 17. Garnish the Strammer Max with the fresh cress.
  18. 18. Serve the dish immediately.
