🍳 Strammer Max with Beef Ham

Ingredients
- 30 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 1 small tomato
- 2 tsp butter (14 g each; room temperature)
- 2 eggs (size S)
- 1 whole wheat roll
- 1 small amount medium-hot mustard
- 30 g beef ham (2 slices each)
- salt
- coarsely ground pepper
- 0.25 box garden cress
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber and the tomato thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the vegetables with a cloth.
- 3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 4. Slice the tomato into thin rounds as well.
- 5. Heat one teaspoon of butter in a small non-stick pan.
- 6. Crack the eggs and add them to the hot pan.
- 7. Fry the eggs to make sunny-side-up eggs.
- 8. Slice the bun in half.
- 9. Mix the remaining butter with the mustard in a small bowl.
- 10. Spread the butter-mustard mixture onto the bun halves.
- 11. Place the cucumber slices on the bun halves.
- 12. Place the tomato slices on top of the vegetables.
- 13. Top the buns with the beef ham.
- 14. Place the cooked sunny-side-up eggs on top of the meat.
- 15. Season the eggs with a little salt and coarse pepper.
- 16. Cut the cress from the bed.
- 17. Garnish the Strammer Max with the fresh cress.
- 18. Serve the dish immediately.
