  1. 1. Whisk the quark and yogurt in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  2. 2. Slowly pour the sparkling water into the quark-yogurt mixture and stir it in gently.
  3. 3. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  4. 4. Scrape the vanilla seeds out of the pod using a knife.
  5. 5. Stir the vanilla seeds into the quark mixture.
  6. 6. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
  7. 7. Stir the chocolate pieces and honey into the quark mixture.
  8. 8. Gently wash the strawberries under running water.
  9. 9. Pat the strawberries dry with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
  11. 11. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  12. 12. Place the strawberry pieces into a tall container that is wide enough for the immersion blender.
  13. 13. Cut a lime in half.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice from the lime half.
  15. 15. Pour the lime juice over the strawberries.
  16. 16. Puree the strawberries using an immersion blender until smooth.
  17. 17. Stir the maple syrup into the strawberry puree.

  19. 19. Add the strawberry puree to the glasses alongside or over the quark.
