🍰 Creamy Stracciatella Quark with Strawberry Red

Ingredients
- 500 Magerquark
- 300 g Joghurt (1,5 % Fett)
- 3 tbsp Mineralwasser (mit Kohlensäure)
- 1 Vanilleschote
- 50 g Zartbitterschokolade
- 2 tbsp flüssiger Honig
- 250 g Erdbeeren
- 0.5 Limette
- 1 tbsp Ahornsirup
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the quark and yogurt in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- 2. Slowly pour the sparkling water into the quark-yogurt mixture and stir it in gently.
- 3. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 4. Scrape the vanilla seeds out of the pod using a knife.
- 5. Stir the vanilla seeds into the quark mixture.
- 6. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 7. Stir the chocolate pieces and honey into the quark mixture.
- 8. Gently wash the strawberries under running water.
- 9. Pat the strawberries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
- 11. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 12. Place the strawberry pieces into a tall container that is wide enough for the immersion blender.
- 13. Cut a lime in half.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the lime half.
- 15. Pour the lime juice over the strawberries.
- 16. Puree the strawberries using an immersion blender until smooth.
- 17. Stir the maple syrup into the strawberry puree.
- 18. Spoon the stracciatella quark into the serving glasses.
- 19. Add the strawberry puree to the glasses alongside or over the quark.
