  1. 1. Quickly mix the butter, wine, egg yolk, and flour into a smooth dough.
  2. 2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. 3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. 4. Press the dough flat on a lightly floured surface.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 to 4 millimeters.
  6. 6. Cut out stars from the dough.
  7. 7. Form smaller stars from the remaining dough pieces.
  8. 8. Knead the remaining dough together again, roll it out, and cut out more stars.
  9. 9. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely.
