Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 7 tbsp sweet white wine
- 3 egg yolks
- 250 g flour
- cinnamon (for dusting)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Quickly mix the butter, wine, egg yolk, and flour into a smooth dough.
- 2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 4. Press the dough flat on a lightly floured surface.
- 5. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 to 4 millimeters.
- 6. Cut out stars from the dough.
- 7. Form smaller stars from the remaining dough pieces.
- 8. Knead the remaining dough together again, roll it out, and cut out more stars.
- 9. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- 10. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely.
- 11. Sprinkle the cooled cookies with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
- 12. Store the cookies in a dry place.
