Ingredients
- 4 slices toast bread
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 drop lemon juice
- sea salt
- 50 g keta caviar (more to taste)
- dill tips (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Place the toast slices in the toaster.
- 2. Toast the bread slices until light brown.
- 3. Take a star-shaped cookie cutter with a size of 8 to 9 centimeters.
- 4. Cut out 8 to 9 large stars from the toasted bread slices.
- 5. Put the crème fraîche into a bowl.
- 6. Add some lemon juice to the crème fraîche.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt.
- 8. Mix the crème fraîche, lemon juice, and salt well.
- 9. Take a dollop of the seasoned crème fraîche.
- 10. Place the dollop onto one of the toast stars.
- 11. Repeat this for all the toast stars.
- 12. Take the salmon roe.
- 13. Top each toast star with salmon roe.
- 14. Take fresh dill tips.
- 15. Garnish the canapés with the dill tips.
- 16. Serve the canapés immediately.
