Ingredients
- 300 g Porcini mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- Chives
- Olive oil (for frying)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the porcini mushrooms thoroughly and slice them into thin pieces.
- 2. Peel the onions and the garlic.
- 3. Cut the onions and garlic into very small dice.
- 4. Finely chop the herbs.
- 5. Mix the mushroom slices, onion dice, garlic, and herbs together in a bowl.
- 6. Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan.
- 7. Add the mushroom mixture to the hot pan.
- 8. Fry the mixture, turning it frequently, until it is lightly browned.
- 9. Season the fried mushrooms to taste.
- 10. Serve the mushrooms while warm.
