🍽️ Crunchy Porcini Crostini

Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread
- 300 g porcini mushrooms
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 sprigs thyme
Instructions
- 1. Turn on your oven's grill function and preheat it.
- 2. Cut the bread loaves in half.
- 3. Place the bread halves under the hot grill.
- 4. Toast the bread on both sides until they are golden brown.
- 5. Clean the porcini mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a hot pan.
- 7. Fry the mushroom pieces for two to three minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
- 9. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half.
- 10. Take the toasted bread out of the oven.
- 11. Rub the cut sides of the bread with the garlic halves.
- 12. Drizzle the remaining oil over the bread.
- 13. Distribute the fried mushrooms over the bread.
- 14. Add some lemon juice on top.
- 15. Pluck thyme leaves and sprinkle them over the crostini.
- 16. Serve the crostini immediately.
