  4. 4. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  5. 5. Place the rutabaga cubes in a pot.
  6. 6. Fill the pot halfway with lightly salted water.
  7. 7. Bring the water to a boil.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat to medium.
  9. 9. Place a lid on the pot.
  10. 10. Cook the rutabaga for about 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Rinse the lime under hot water.
  12. 12. Dry the lime with a cloth.
  13. 13. Grate half of the peel finely.
  14. 14. Peel the garlic.
  15. 15. Finely chop the garlic.
  16. 16. Place the chopped garlic in a small pot.
  17. 17. Add the curry powder to the pot.
  18. 18. Add the milk to the pot.
  19. 19. Season the milk mixture with salt.
  20. 20. Season the milk mixture with pepper.
  21. 21. Bring the milk mixture to a boil.
  22. 22. Drain the cooking water from the rutabaga.

  26. 26. Mix the grated lime peel into the puree.
  27. 27. Add some lime juice if desired.
