  7. 7. Remove the steaks from the pan.
  8. 8. Wrap the steaks in aluminum foil.
  9. 9. Place the foil packets in the oven at 70 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes to let the meat rest.
  10. 10. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
  11. 11. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
  12. 12. Wash the spring onions and remove the tough ends.
