  4. 4. Add the chili, mustard, sesame seeds, star anise, turmeric, and half a teaspoon of salt.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
  6. 6. Let the chutney simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Peel the orange and remove the fruit flesh in small pieces.
  8. 8. Fold the orange pieces into the chutney at the end.
  9. 9. Fill the finished chutney into jars.
  10. 10. Preheat the grill.
  11. 11. Clean the pearl onions and halve them.
  12. 12. Rinse the steaks briefly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Place the steaks on the hot grill.
  14. 14. Grill the steaks for about 2 minutes per side, depending on your desired level of doneness.
  15. 15. Season the steaks with salt and pepper after grilling.
