Ingredients
- 4 beef sirloin steaks (each 180-200 g)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- oil
- bell peppers (1 each red, yellow, and green, cut into strips)
- 2 red onions (cut into wedges)
- 12 small button mushrooms (or vegetables of your choice)
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt

Instructions
- 1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, brush with a little oil, and grill on the hot grill for 2-4 minutes per side (depending on desired doneness: rare or well-done).
- 2. Place the vegetables on the edge of the grill, season with salt and pepper, brush with oil, and grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, brushing again occasionally.
