🍽️ Honey-glazed tuna steak

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs mint
- 6 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 4 thick tuna steaks (kitchen-ready, skinless, 160 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven grill and preheat it.
- 2. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 3. Finely chop the mint leaves.
- 4. Slightly warm the honey.
- 5. Mix the honey with the lime juice and the chopped mint.
- 6. Rinse the tuna steaks.
- 7. Pat the steaks dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- 9. Melt the butter in a hot pan.
- 10. Sear the tuna steaks briefly on one side.
- 11. Turn the steaks over.
- 12. Brush the steaks with the honey glaze.
- 13. Place the steaks under the preheated oven grill for about 2 minutes.
- 14. Allow the honey to caramelize slightly.
- 15. Drizzle the steaks with a little more honey glaze if desired.
- 16. Serve the steaks immediately.
