  5. 5. Mix the honey with the lime juice and the chopped mint.
  6. 6. Rinse the tuna steaks.
  7. 7. Pat the steaks dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Melt the butter in a hot pan.
  10. 10. Sear the tuna steaks briefly on one side.
  11. 11. Turn the steaks over.
  12. 12. Brush the steaks with the honey glaze.
  13. 13. Place the steaks under the preheated oven grill for about 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Allow the honey to caramelize slightly.
  15. 15. Drizzle the steaks with a little more honey glaze if desired.
