  2. 2. Remove the hard ends and strings from the beans.
  3. 3. Bring a pot of water and salt to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the beans to the boiling water.
  5. 5. Cook the beans for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the beans.
  7. 7. Immediately rinse the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process (shock).
  8. 8. Let the beans drain well in a colander.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  11. 11. Let the olives, capers, and anchovy fillets drain well.
  12. 12. Take two anchovy fillets.
  13. 13. Finely chop these two anchovy fillets.
  14. 14. Whisk the oil with the vinegar in a bowl.
  15. 15. Stir the chopped anchovy fillets into the oil-vinegar mixture.
  16. 16. Pepper the dressing mixture to taste.
  17. 17. Add the halved tomatoes to the mixture.
  18. 18. Add the capers to the mixture.
  19. 19. Add the olives to the mixture.
  20. 20. Add the drained beans to the mixture.
  21. 21. Mix all ingredients well together.
  22. 22. Finally, taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings.

  24. 24. Wash the beef steak.
  25. 25. Pat the steak dry with kitchen paper.
  26. 26. Salt the steak on both sides.

  30. 30. Grill the steak for 3 to 4 minutes from the first side.
