  1. 1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and grill or pan-fry on a hot grill or in a hot (grill) pan for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, depending on your preference.
  2. 2. Remove the steaks from the grill, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Slice the orange and grill briefly. Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Wash the arugula, sort it and drain well.
  4. 4. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper well and toss the arugula, onions and orange slices with it.
  5. 5. Serve the steaks together with the salad on plates and enjoy.
