🍽️ Steak with Arugula Orange Salad

Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks (approx. 200 g each)
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 red onion
- 1 orange
- 0.5 bunch arugula
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and grill or pan-fry on a hot grill or in a hot (grill) pan for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, depending on your preference.
- 2. Remove the steaks from the grill, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 3. Slice the orange and grill briefly. Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Wash the arugula, sort it and drain well.
- 4. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper well and toss the arugula, onions and orange slices with it.
- 5. Serve the steaks together with the salad on plates and enjoy.
