🍽️ Juicy Steak with Crispy Oven Potato and Fresh Green Beans

Ingredients
- 4 beef fillet steaks (à 250 g)
- 4 large potatoes
- 500 g green beans
- butter
- olive oil (extra virgin)
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Wrap the potatoes tightly in aluminum foil.
- 3. Place the wrapped potatoes in the oven and bake them for 40 to 50 minutes.
- 4. Thoroughly rinse the green beans under running water.
- 5. Remove the hard stem ends from the beans.
- 6. Bring a pot of water and salt to a boil.
- 7. Add the beans to the boiling water and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes (this is called blanching).
- 8. Drain the beans and let them drip dry thoroughly.
- 9. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
- 10. Add the beans to the pan and toss them briefly.
- 11. Season the beans with salt and pepper.
- 12. Place the steaks on an electric grill.
- 13. Grill the steaks without additional fat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- 14. Season the cooked steaks with salt and pepper.
- 15. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each steak.
- 16. Take the potatoes out of the oven and unwrap them from the aluminum foil.
- 17. Cut a small slit into the top of each potato.
- 18. Plate the steaks, beans, and potatoes.
- 19. Serve the dish immediately.
