  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Wrap the potatoes tightly in aluminum foil.
  3. 3. Place the wrapped potatoes in the oven and bake them for 40 to 50 minutes.
  4. 4. Thoroughly rinse the green beans under running water.
  5. 5. Remove the hard stem ends from the beans.
  6. 6. Bring a pot of water and salt to a boil.
  7. 7. Add the beans to the boiling water and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes (this is called blanching).
  8. 8. Drain the beans and let them drip dry thoroughly.
  9. 9. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
  10. 10. Add the beans to the pan and toss them briefly.
  11. 11. Season the beans with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Place the steaks on an electric grill.
  13. 13. Grill the steaks without additional fat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  14. 14. Season the cooked steaks with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each steak.
  16. 16. Take the potatoes out of the oven and unwrap them from the aluminum foil.
  17. 17. Cut a small slit into the top of each potato.
  18. 18. Plate the steaks, beans, and potatoes.
  19. 19. Serve the dish immediately.
